Coxsackie-Athens CSD students Joseph Cooper and Alessa Dingman were part of a Questar III BOCES Culinary team that competed in the annual ProStart competition at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. The team placed second in the Culinary Competition against other students in the New York / Vermont region.
As part of the competition, students on teams that placed received scholarships from culinary schools located in the northeast to use toward their continued education. Way to go, Joseph and Alessa!
