Dear Coxsackie-Athens School Community,
I am writing to share our deep appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding service that Nicole Lindeman has provided to Coxsackie-Athens Schools during her tenure as Director of Technology. As Nicole prepares to transition to new opportunities, we want to take a moment to recognize the significant impact she has made on our district.
Under Nicole's leadership, our district has seen tremendous growth and advancement in the realm of technology. She has been instrumental in implementing safety plans and procedures that have ensured the security of our network and, most importantly, the safety of our students. Nicole’s management of thousands of devices and the infrastructure needed to support them has been nothing short of remarkable.
One of the key areas where Nicole's influence has been most evident is in the responsiveness of our technology department. The speed and efficiency with which staff and student tickets are addressed have greatly improved under her guidance. More importantly, the focus has shifted from merely managing hardware to enhancing instructional technology, supporting our educators in delivering innovative and effective teaching.
Superintendent Randy Squier expressed it best when he said, "I always knew we were in good hands with Nicole when it came to network safety, and the implementation of policies and procedures that supported innovative practices. Nicole allowed us to push the envelope with digital resources and do so in a responsible, safe manner."
As Nicole moves on to new challenges, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for her dedication and hard work. She has made a lasting impact on Coxsackie-Athens Schools, and her contributions will be remembered for years to come.
We wish Nicole nothing but the best in her future endeavors, and we are confident that she will continue to excel in all that she does.
Thank you, Nicole, for your service and commitment to our community.
