VOTE AND BOARD OF EDUCATION ELECTION
The vote will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
If you are interested in becoming a candidate for the Board of Education, Board Candidate packets are available to pick up, or if you would like one mailed to you please contact Deputy District Clerk, Julie Wolfe at [email protected] or 518-731-1710. The Deadline for filing petitions is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

VOTING
Voter qualifications are: Unites States citizen; 18 years of age or older; and a permanent resident within the District for a period of thirty (30) days immediately prior to the vote.

BOARD OF EDUCATION ELECTION
This year's election is for three members of the Board of Education for three-year terms commencing July 1, 2025 and ending on June 30, 2028.
Board of Education member qualifications are as follows:
Be a citizen of the United States
Be at least 18 years of age by the date of the election
Be a resident of the school district for at least one year preceding the election
Not be a convicted felon

Absentee Ballots
Applications for absentee ballots for any vote are available online or can be picked up at the district clerkâs office at 24 Sunset Blvd Coxsackie, NY 12051. All applications for an absentee ballot must be received no later than April 8th if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter. If the ballot is to be picked up personally by the voter, the application can be filed one day prior to the vote. All ballots must be returned to the district clerk by 5 p.m. the day of the vote at 24 Sunset Blvd Coxsackie, NY 12051.
